Dr. Prakash Bagri has over three decades of experience in driving innovation, unlocking value growth, and transforming organizations. A seasoned management leader and an accomplished educator, Prakash brings extensive expertise from his career spanning multinational corporations, academia, and strategic consulting.
Prakash held senior leadership positions at Unilever and Intel, building a billion-dollar business, establishing new product categories, and nurturing varied brands (including Dalda and Pen um). During his last corporate role as Chief Marketing Officer for Intel (South Asia), Prakash launched pioneering initiatives that delivered transformative growth and reshaped markets. His ability to combine strategic vision with operational excellence earned him the prestigious Intel Achievement Award (2005) and a feature as “Brand Boss” in The Economic Times (2009).
Thereafter, Prakash switched to academia and engages with leading business schools in India and abroad. As, Associate Dean (Corporate Affairs) at the Indian School of Business, he established their state-of-the-art Studio and played a critical role in steering the School through the Covid challenges. Dr. Bagri is acknowledged for his pioneering course on “Hi-Tech and Innovation”, which offers an inimitable perspective, beyond traditional theories, focusing on the unique interplay of technology and business. His research focuses on innovation, business
transformation, and resilience. His papers and case studies have been published by Harvard Business Publishing, Management and Business Review, Asian Management Insights, as well as prominent local media including The Economic Times.

Prakash holds a doctorate from Singapore Management University, an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Outside of work, Prakash enjoys exploring global vegetarian cuisines and dabbling in indoor gardening.
